Why hire a professional when I can do it myself?

What should I expect when hiring professional cleaning services?
During your carpet cleaning appointment, you can expect your carpet will be cleaned using advanced equipment in order to remove the stains, dirt or other damages affecting your carpet.
While working with trustworthy and competent professionals, you can expect a great change in the feel of the carpets and a fresher look.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaning professionals arrive?
Please remove the smaller items and breakables off of the furniture you expect us to move. Vacuuming the carpet is also a good idea, although the carpet will be thoroughly cleaned by the professionals anyway.
But don’t worry if there are larger items that cannot be moved, those will be dealt with upon arrival.
Why should I have a protection applied to my cleaned carpets?
Based on your carpet type and location, professionals may suggest applying a special protector to your carpet.
This finishing touch helps prevent permanent staining, also it facilitates the vacuuming process, and will leave your carpets looking cleaner for a longer period of time.
However, keep in mind that protection also wears out and will need to be reapplied after a certain period of time. Most protective finishes need to be reapplied every 12-24 months, unless you use to go with Microseal, which is a permanent sealer.
Do you use child-friendly or pet-friendly products?
Our pre-spray is a certified green product, that is neutral on the pH scale, and has oxygen infused to help burn out stubborn stains and spills. Regardless of the product we use, we thoroughly rinse out all of it so that nothing remains on the carpet, making it as safe as possible for children and pets.

In short, it depends on whether carpet is located in a low-traffic area or a high-traffic area. We would suggest repairing the carpet in cases of lumps, carpet burns, set-in stains, low-traffic areas signs of wear. Replacing your carpet is always a good idea, however do expect to pay more. We recommend contacting a professional cleaning company to inspect your carpet before making a decision.
